To enable two-factor authentication go to the security settings page after logging in to your account. There is only one type of two-factor authentication available to you - mobile based. While activating two-factor authentication it is advisable to write down the backup code on paper and keep it in a safe place. If you forget your two-factor codes you will be unable to log in to your account and you will need a two-factor reset which takes two weeks to process.
